Selvaraj’s expertise with key knowledge areas of Time includes Tendering and Quantity Survey, Cost Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, Contract Management & Administration Services for mega construction projects.
With over 35 years of professional experience in multiple disciplines of Real Estate and Construction industry, with having Civil Engineering background and having experience in pan India and Middle East including London (U K).
He was formerly heading the Tendering, Estimation, Quantity Survey and Cost Management services since 1986 and delivered Projects for clients in multiple sectors, they include Hotels, Serviced Apartments, commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls, Convention Centre, Residential Buildings, Industrial Plant, Hospital, Schools, Refurbishment/ Fit outs and Infrastructure.
Construction can contain hidden risks for the unwary, however at The AQS Company we pro-actively manage construction costs, contractual relationships and inherent risks at every stage of the project life cycle.
We take this worry out of your hands and make sure that the financial position of the construction project is accurately reported and controlled effectively. This helps developers make more informed buying decisions, invest with confidence and ensure costs do not spiral out of control during design development and project delivery.
