A quantity surveying professional with more than 35 years of committed experience across India and the Gulf, he founded Accurate Quantity Survey Engineers & Consultants in Chennai as a single-window QS consultancy. He has since led its team of trained, fully accredited engineers through 100+ projects — from Dubai's residential towers to Doha's hotels and metro stations — keeping every one of them on budget and on time.
